Valley Oak Financial, PLC is a certified public accounting firm located in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Established in June, 2006, Valley Oak Financial provides accounting, tax planning and preparation, business advising, and financial advising to individuals and businesses.

Matthew L. Rzepka, CPA, Certified Financial Planner (TM) is the firm’s co-founder, owner, and managing partner. Matthew made the decision to establish Valley Oak Financial after working for several successful years for a regional CPA firm. He felt clients could be better serviced with a more responsive, value-added approach. 

It is Valley Oak Financial’s mission to add value to all clients by delivering straight-forward solutions in an easy to understand format.
